NEW Clean Eating Meal Plan PLUS Recipes!!

I have had a lot of requests lately for new clean eating recipes so I decided to post my latest meal plan here.

These recipes are all what I consider “Clean”. Whenever you see rice or pasta listed you can assume that I am talking about whole wheat pasta and brown rice. Also, for any other ingredients I always strive to get the sugar free and least processed.

 

There are links to almost all recipes posted. I am in the process of adding new recipes to my website and not all of my pictures have been added. I will be updating these soon!

Breakfast:

Peanut Butter Banana Shakeology

Lunch:

Oatmeal Banana Muffins

 

 

Dinner:

Chicken Carnitas Burrito Bowl

Chicken and Black Bean Taco Salad

Strawberry, Cucumber & Spinach Salad and Loaded Baked Potato – this has become my favorite meal to eat before a long run. I skip the heavy butter and cream on the potato and load it up with chicken and veggies!
